Install directx 9.0 or above.

download the Windows Media Player

to play the video clips.

The camera is detected by the

Windows and works properly.

But a drive letter of the

Removable disk is not created.

The removable disk crashes with the

network drives.

Disconnect the crashed network drive

and reserve this drive letter for the

camera.

I cannot erase pictures.

All the pictures in memory are protected. Unprotected the pictures you want

to delete.

There is no response from the

camera while pressing any buttons.

The LCD screen is frozen or the

camera is hanged.

Depress the Reset button gently

(holding for about 5 seconds) using a

paper clip or ball pen.

An error message appears on the

LCD screen before or during printing.

Printer may not support some

advanced print features.

Some fault occurs with the printer.

Print settings can be configured for

images only.

Select “DEFAULT” for a particular print

setting or visit http://www.polaroid.com for

the solutions.

Please refer to the printer’s user guide for

the solutions.

Make it sure that there is no video clips

or other file format in the current memory

before printing.

Pictures are overexposed or

under exposed.

An incorrect flash mode is applied for shooting.

Select a correct flash mode for shooting

according to the surrounding lighting conditions.

When connect the camera

to the PC in Capture mode,

Windows prompt to insert

system disk.

izone300™ camera driver

installation has not completed.

Insert the Windows CD or izone300™

driver CD. If izone300™ driver CD

is inserted, please set the path to

CD-Rom drive\software\Driver\Sysfile .

And continue the installation.
