8 Adjust settings
System settings
Set screen saver
The screen saver protects the TV screen
damage due to prolonged exposure to a static
image.

Press SYSTEM MENU.
The system menu is displayed.

Select [SYSTEM SETUP] (system setup)
> [SCREEN SAVER] (screen saver), then

Select an option, then press OK.

[ON] (on): Enable the screen saver.
‡ [OFF] (off ): Disable the screen saver.

Press SYSTEM MENU to exit.
Restore default settings
You can reset all options and your personal
settings to factory default settings.

Press SYSTEM MENU.

Select [SYSTEM SETUP] (system setup)
> [DEFAULT] (default), then press

Select [RESTORE] (restore), then press

Press SYSTEM MENU to exit.

Adjust volume level

During play, press VOL +/- to increase/
decrease the volume level.
Select a preset sound effect

During play, press DSC repeatedly to
select:
[POP] (pop) ‡
[JAZZ] (jazz) ‡
[CLASSIC] (classic) ‡
[ROCK] (rock) ‡
Enhance bass
1
During play, press DBB to turn on or off
dynamic bass enhancement.
If DBB is activated, DBB is displayed.

Mute sound

During play, press MUTE to mute/unmute
sound.
