Jumbo tong
- Take a (fine) lock of hair and comb it carefully.
- Hold the lock in one hand and the styler in the other.
- Open the hair clip by pressing the lever (fig. 4).
- Position the lock between the tong and the clip. Then release the clip
(fig. 5).
- Slide the tong to the end of the lock (fig. 6).
- Wind the hair round the Jumbo tong. Ensure that the hair ends are also
wound in the required direction (fig. 7).
Note: The finer the lock, the firmer the curl will be and the longer it will
last!
- Switch on. Keep the styler in the hair until the hair is dry and warm to
the touch (fig. 8).
- Rotate the styler in the opposite direction until the clip can be opened
again (fig. 9). Then open the clip and remove the Jumbo tong by sliding
it sideways.
- For longer lasting curls and waves, switch the styler to its cool air
position ( 1 ) to fix the curl and allow the hair to cool down before
combing or brushing.
