or have its own individual address number.
Remove ONE of the ‘Device Bar-code’ label
GREEN Line and place next to the
appropriate address OUTPUT address box
with the GREY Line on the following sheets.

Remove ONE of the ‘Device Bar-code’
label (WHITE) and place next to the
appropriate address INPUT number
on the following sheets.
