To order replacement parts, please contact the establishment where you purchased your equipment. When call-
ing, please be prepared to provide the following information:

• the MODEL NUMBER of the product (29633.1)

• the NAME of the product (PROFORM CROSSWALK 400 e treadmill)

• the SERIAL NUMBER of the product (see the front cover of this manual)

• the KEY NUMBER AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PART(S) (see the EXPLODED DRAWING and the PART

LIST attached in the center of this manual)
