Disc type indicators
Indicates the type of disc loaded.
Character indicators
Indicates clock, total playing time, elapsed time, title number,
chapter/track number, channel, etc.
REC The recorder is recording.
Indicates when the recorder is in timer
recording or a timer recording is programmed.
HQ, SQ, LQ, EQ
Indicates recording mode.
BIL Indicates when a BILINGUAL broadcast
is being received.
TV Indicates when the
recorder is in TV tuner mode.
TITLE Indicates
current title number
TRK Indicates current track number.
CHP Indicates current chapter number.
