CAUTION
The
fluorescent
lamp
in
the
liquid
crystal
display
contains
mercury;
dispose
according
to
local,
state,
or
federal
laws.
Using
headphones
or
earphones
If
your
computer
has
both
a
Headphone
connector
and
an
Audio-out
connector,
always
use
the
headphone
connector
for
headphones
(also
called
a
headset)
or
earphones.
Excessive
use
of
headphones
or
earphones
for
a
long
period
of
time
at
high
volume
can
be
dangerous
if
the
headphones
or
earphones
do
not
comply
with
specifications
of
EN
50332-2.
The
EN
50332-2
specification
limits
audio
devices
to
100
dB
sound
pressure
to
help
protect
against
hearing
loss.
If
your
Lenovo
computer
came
with
headphones
or
earphones,
the
headphones
or
earphones
comply
with
the
specifications
of
EN
50332-2.
Use
of
different
headphones
or
earphones
that
do
not
comply
with
EN
50332-2
can
be
dangerous.
Additional
safety
information
DANGER
The
LCD
is
made
of
glass,
and
rough
handling
or
dropping
the
computer
can
cause
the
LCD
to
break.
If
the
LCD
breaks
and
the
internal
fluid
gets
into
your
eyes
or
on
your
hands,
immediately
wash
the
affected
areas
with
water
for
at
least
15
minutes;
if
any
symptoms
are
present
after
washing,
get
medical
care.
Plastic
bags
can
be
dangerous.
Keep
plastic
bags
away
from
babies
and
children
to
avoid
danger
of
suffocation.
