Problem Possible Cause Suggestion
No thumbnail
view of a
picture. The image file does
not contain EXIF
information. The
directories of some
older digital cameras
are not compatible
with the frame. The
image file or card may
be corrupt. If available, use a version of the
picture that has not been
manipulated.
To determine if the file or card is
corrupt, attempt to display:
m Another picture from the same
card
m Pictures from another card

and select Technical Support.
Cannot view a
movie. The frame does not support movie
playback nor the display of a
thumbnail.
