If your Konftel 300W is not working properly:
• If there is no dialling tone, check that an DECT line has been selected.
• Check that the Konftel 300W is within range for a DECT base station and that it is
registered with the base station.
• Check that the microphone is turned on during the call. The blue microphone LEDs
must be lit.
• If the Konftel 300W needs to wait for a second dialling tone, you should enter a pause
using the pause/mute button when entering a telephone number as an instruction or in
the phonebook.
• If the 300W is exposed to electrostatic discharge, the caller ID function may malfunc-
tion. The unit may require a reset by the user.”
