If desired, you can screen calls that are transferred from voice mail. This allows you
to accept and/or refuse specific calls. Depending on the call screening transfer method
you select (see
), calls from voice mail may be unannounced, announce only,
or screened.
When your mailbox is programmed for screened calls, you have the following options
when you receive a transfer:
• Say “Accept” or press
to accept the call.
• Say “Replay” or press
to replay the announcement.
• Say “Voice Mail” or press
to send the call to voice mail.
• Say “Forward” or press
and then enter the extension number to forward the
call to another extension.
• Say “Refuse” or press
to refuse the call.
