To switch the refrigerator on, turn the knob of the thermostat in the bottom left-hand corner inside the
appliance.
When the knob is turned to 0, the appliance is switched off.
The operating settings are from 1 (highest inside temperature) to 7 (lowest inside temperature).
Only use the highest setting (7) if absolutely necessary: in some conditions, the refrigeration unit might
operate continuously, causing excessive ice formation, leading to higher electricity consumption.

WHEN THE APPLIANCE IS USED FOR THE FIRST TIME AN UNPLEASANT SMELL IS NORMAL.
THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE APPLIANCE IS MALFUNCTIONING; IT IS CAUSED BY DISPERSAL
OF THE OILY RESIDUES LEFT DURING MANUFACTURING.
AFTER A FEW HOURS IN OPERATION, THIS SMELL WILL HAVE DISAPPEARED.

The first defrosting phase commences 39 hours after the initial operation and lasts for two hours.
After this, the device operates for 22 hours at a time, followed by a defrosting period of two hours

39 hr 22 hr 22 hr

2 hr 2 hr

The ice layer must never be removed using force, and the defrosting process must never be accelerated
using a heater.

BEFORE CARRYING OUT THE OPERATIONS DESCRIBED BELOW, DISCONNECT THE
APPLIANCE FROM THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY.

Never clean the inside or outside of the minibar with granular or powder detergents, or abrasive
sponges.
Use lukewarm water with a little delicate liquid detergent and dry with a chamois leather.
Occasionally, about once a year, clean and dust the grille on the rear of the cabinet with a brush.
