3) Central office to remote site (feeder subloop) The CLEC must have a collocation presence in
the Sprint CO and the remote site. A fiber
jumper connects the Sprint FPP to the CLEC
FPP. Additional fiber cable and splicing will be
provided on an ICB at the remote site.

4) Remote to remote (distribution subloop)
The CLEC must have a collocation presence in
both remote sites. A fiber cable may terminate
from the Sprint FPP to CLEC outside plant
(OSP) facility.
