After pole has been secured to the anchor plate (2) loosen nut (26),
remove cotter pin (9), and pull out pin (8). This will allow the removal
of the assembly rod (14) which is no longer necessary for the
remainder of the assembly and installation of system.

ONLY AFTER THE ANCHOR
PLATE HAS BEEN FULLY
TIGHTENED: Remove cotter
pin (9) and pin (8) to remove
threaded assembly rod (14)
from anchor plate (2).
