OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the heater on a firm, level surface and plug into a grounded 120V 60Hz power outlet. Only operate the
heater when it is in the upright position and the base is attached. Refer to the diagram below.
The HP2-15-50 Electric Patio Heater is equipped with three heat settings; Low, Medium, and High.
• To operate the heater on low, press the red switch on the right. This switch will have a single white dot
near the top. Once the low switch is pressed, the smaller bottom heating element will glow and radiate
heat.
• To operate the heater on medium, press the red switch on the left. This switch will have two white dots
near the top. Once the medium switch is pressed, the larger top heating element will glow and radiate heat.
• To operate the heater on high, press both the low and medium red switches. This will cause both the
bottom and top heating elements to glow and radiate heat.
