URS-2 Universal Rack Shelf
Cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, tempered glass panels and doors, and aluminum alloy corner posts. A state of the art electronic control is used to maintain
accurate temperature/ humidity control as well as monitor and indicate the water reservoir level. This control features 6 pre-programmed temperature/humidity pre-
sets which can be used as factory set or reset for your specific needs. The unit is available in a single door or two door configuration which can be easily cleaned
and reversed if desired. The unit is supplied with a lighted on-off switch and a 6 ft. lead-in cord. A universal stationary rack, circular pizza rack or pretzel rack are
available for all units. Humidity cabinets approved by ULS, UL and CUL. Printed in the U.S.A.
