Troubleshooting the Unit
Symptom Solution
No power – lamp does not Check to see if the cord is plugged in and the unit
function. is switched on.
Check to see that outlet is working.
Check fuse in DC vehicle adapter.
Lamp is not working. Check the Photohydroionization™* Mobile
Module and make sure it is securely snapped into
place. If the lamp doesn’t work, replace with a new
module. If the lamp still doesn’t work, call
1-866-GREAT-AIR (1-866-473-2824).
If unit overheats, allow to cool down and resume
operation automatically.
