No image is displayed. • Is the connected device outputting a video signal?

No sound is heard. • Is the connected device outputting an audio signal?

• Check the volume level is not set to 0. (Page 4)
The display is dark. • Are the brightness and contrast set to the correct level? (Page 7)
There is a hissing noise. • Effects of this type may be caused by temperature changes in the room but do not indicate
a fault.
The remote controller cannot be
operated. • Turn the remote controller toward the IR sensor of the monitor.
