Please read these instructions completely before installing:
1. Chose a suitable location. Usually, the higher up a dummy camera is, the more authentic
it will appear.
2. Make sure the wires are inserted through the bracket and secured so they will not fall out
over time.
3. For models with flashing LED, install 2 x AAA (or AA, depending upon model) batteries (batteries
not included). To make it more realistic, do not install the batteries.
4. Be sure to mount the unit securely using the appropriate fasteners for your installation.
Fasteners for basic installation are included.
5. Aim the unit at the desired location.
Note 1: This is an imitation camera, to be used as a deterrent only.
Note 2: For models with LEDs, if installed outdoors, do not install batteries.

A SECO-LARM dummy camera is a great low-cost way to deter crime at home, the office, in
parking lots, around parks and around playgrounds. The dummy camera creates the perception of
electronic surveillance, without the high cost, high maintenance, and upkeep of cameras, monitors
and DVR's.
Criminals are more likely to move on to an easier target if they know that there is a chance that
they are being watched.
