The New User dialog box appears.

Enter a user name and then click OK.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each profile you want to create.

Select profiles from the User list, and create data for the
profile (e.g., company phone list, etc.).
Transferring a created profile

Place a CLIE handheld without a user name on the cradle.

Press the HotSync button on the cradle.
The Users dialog box appears.

Click Profiles.
The Profiles dialog box appears.

Select the profile you want to transfer to your CLIE handheld,
and then click OK.

Click Yes.
The selected profile is transferred to your CLIE handheld.
The next time you perform a HotSync operation, the Palm Desktop for
CLIE software shows a dialog box where you can specify a user name for
your CLIE handheld.
