Making international calls
When you make an international call, the + sign
replaces the international prefix number of the
country from which you are calling. You can
make a call from abroad, using another network,
provided your network operator has an agreement
with that network.
Do not hold the phone to your ear while waiting.
When the call is connected, the phone gives a loud
signal.
