During operation, a sequence of messages will appear on the navigation screen. These are described below.
Message Meaning
SOS REQUEST Emergency call initiated
CALL IN PROGRESS Call being processed
RINGING RESPONSE CENTER Call being sent to response center
REDIAL IN PROGRESS Making a second attempt to call response center
SENDING LOCATION DATA Vehicle location data being sent to response center
CID Customer identification number
LAT Vehicle latitude
LON Vehicle longitude
DATA RECEIVED Location data received by response center
WAITING FOR OPERATOR Waiting for response center operator
ASSIST FAILURE Jaguar Assist system failed. See your Jaguar dealer
