Jasco
reserves
the

carrier

choice

Shipments

prepaid

RETURN
GOODS:
No
products
may
be
returned
without
first
receiving
a
"Return
Goods
Authorization"
in
writing
from
the
factory
. Only
material
listed
on
the
"Return
Goods
Authorization"
will
be
accepted
for
return.
Jasco
reserves
the
right
to
replace
or
issue
credit
on
all
defective
return
goods.
Return
must
be
shipped
freight
prepaid.
Unauthorized
or
collect
returns
will
be
refused.
Only
currently
listed
items
purchased
within
the
previous
twelve
months
will
be
accepted
for
return.
The
mate
-
rial
returned
must
be
in
new
and
resellable
condition
in
factory-sealed
cartons.
A
15%
restocking
charge
will
apply
to
all
returns
of
non-defec
-
tive
material.
A
$15.00
handling
charge
will
be
assessed
for
any
item
returned
to
Jasco
that
is
not
a
Jasco
product.
CREDIT
AMOUNT
: The
credit
amount
on
returned
goods
will
be
based
on
current
price
or
price
paid,
whichever
is
lower
.
STOCK
ADJUSTMENT
:
Jasco
will
allow
the
exchange
of
slow-moving
merchandise for an order
equal to 2 times the dollar value of
the return at
current
dealer
pricing
up
to
5%
of
the
previous
year's
purchases.
Order
must
accompany
return
goods
request.
The
material
to
be
returned
must
be
shipped
freight
prepaid.
The
material
returned
must
be
in
new
and
resellable
condition
in
factory-sealed
cartons.
Any
returned
items
must
be
listed
in
our
current
price
list.
Stock
adjustments
will
be
limited
to
once
a
year

warrants
this
product
to
be
free
from
manufacturing
defects
for
a
period
of
ninety
days
from
the
original
date
of
consumer
purchase.
This
warranty
is
limited
to

repair
or
replacement
of
this
product
only
and
does
not
extend
to
con
-
sequential
or
incidental
damage
to
other
products
that
may
be
used
with
this
unit.
This
warranty
is
in
lieu
of
all
other
warranties
express
or
implied.
Some
states
do
not
allow
limitations
on
how
long
an
implied
warranty
lasts
or
permit
the
exclusion
or
limitation
of
incidental
or
consequential
damages,
so
the
above
limitations
may
not
apply
to

warranty
