1. My Keyboard does not work
• Ensure the main USB connecter is properly connected to the computer
• Move the main USB connecter to a different USB port.
2. My device connected to the keyboard does not work.
• Ensure the device is connected properly.
• Connect both the main and secondary USB connecters to your
computer.
• Connect the device to the keyboard’s other USB port.
• Connect the keyboard to a USB 2.0 port on your computer if
available (not a slower USB 1.1 port).
Product Tips
• The buttons along the top of the keyboard give quick access to the
internet and media functions and applications.
