6-1. Routine Maintenance

Disconnect and lockout/tagout input power before per-

forming maintenance or troubleshooting procedures.

Replace

unreadable

labels.

Clean and

tighten weld

terminals.

Repair or

replace

cracked weld

cable.

6 Months

Blow out or vacuum inside.

During heavy service, clean monthly.

Fuse F1 protects control transform-

er from overload. If F1 opens, weld

output and fan motor stops. Re-

place F1.
