Practical hints
Flat tire
1 TIREFIT container
2 Flap
3 Notch
4 Electrical plug
5 Air hose
6 Flange
̈ Open flap 2 on the electric air pump.
̈ Pull plug 4 and air hose 5 out of the
pump housing.
̈ Screw the air pump’s air hose 5 onto
flange 6 of the TIREFIT container.
̈ Stick TIREFIT container 1 upside down
into notch 3 of the electric air pump.

8 Electric air pump switch
9 Air hose with pressure gauge and vent
screw
10 Filler hose
̈ Unscrew the valve cap from tire
valve 7.
̈ Screw filler hose 10 onto tire valve 7.
̈ Insert electrical plug 4 into vehicle cig-
arette lighter socket.
̈ Turn the key in the ignition to
position 1 (
୴ page 29).

̈ Press the KEYLESS-GO* start/stop
button (
୴ page 30) on the selector le-
ver once. Do not depress brake pedal.
̈ Press I on electric air pump switch 8.
The electric air pump should now
switch on and inflate the tire.

If sealant has leaked out, let it dry. You
can then peel it off.

Observe safety instructions on air pump la-
bel.
!
Do not operate the electric air pump
longer than eight minutes without in-
terruption. Otherwise it may overheat.
You may operate the air pump again af-
ter it has cooled off.
