elapsed in order to ensure uniform cooking.

• When cooking pasta (program 6) add boiling water before starting to cook.
• Use a skewer made of microwave-safe material such plastic or wood - never

metal – when cooking kebabs (program 9). Once half the cooking time has
elapsed, the appliance beeps to remind you to turn the food in order to ensure
uniform cooking.

• When cooking cake (program 7) and popcorn (program 8) there is one default

setting that may be changed by pressing the “Clock/Wei.Adj.” button twice,
then setting a new cooking time (between 5 seconds and 95 minutes) using the
“Time/Menu” button. The new cooking time will be saved and used next time
you use this program, unless you reset it by disconnecting the power from the
appliance.

appliance will beep. Press the "Stop/Cancel" button to reset the error code. Wait
until the temperature reduces to a safe level. The appliance can now be used as
normal.

convection/microwave cooking falls below 40 ºC, error code E 02 will show and a
beep will sound. Correct the problem and press "Stop/Cancel" to cancel the error
code. The appliance can now be used as normal.

Error code E 03 will appear and the appliance will beep if a short circuit occurs.

TIPS FOR FOOD PREPARATION
When preparing food in the appliance, the following basic rules apply:

Cooking time
Smaller quantities of food cook more rapidly than large quantities. If the amount of
food is doubled, the preparation time must correspondingly be more than doubled.

Small pieces of meat, small fish and chopped vegetables cook more quickly than
large pieces. For the same reason, it is recommended that if, for example, you wish
to make goulash, stews or similar, the meat be cut into pieces no bigger than 2 x 2
cm.

The compactness of the food is also very important for the cooking time. The more
compact the food is, the longer it takes to cook.
• Whole joints require a longer cooking time than stewed dishes.
• A joint requires a longer time than a dish using minced meat.

The colder the food, the longer the cooking time needs to be. Food at room
temperature will therefore cook faster than food from a fridge or freezer.
