Reverse the cutting arm 180 degrees as shown in the Figure
19, and re-tension the V-belt by turning the belt tensioning
cam

. The V-belt should remain in tension.
Fully tighten the three nuts and washers

that lock the V-belt
into the proper tensioning position.
