Problem Solution
No reception • Unit has not been switched on.
• AC/DC adaptor has not been
connected.
• Battery Levels (check Led indicator:
Full Power - Green; Low Power -
Orange)
• The camera may not be transmitting.
(power is not on or is in voice activ-
tion mode or AV mode)
• Wrong Channel (Please note the
monitor will return to Channel A
automatically after power off)
No picture display • Check if the LCD on/off switch is but
can hear sound turned to on.
• Low Power (Check LED indicator: Full
Power - Green; Low Power – Orange)
Only Black & White • Camera has switched to “Infrared
picture displayed Night Version” mode.
Units Continually • Check to see if the scanning feature
Loses Signal is enabled
• Check to see if Camera is in AV mode
