(1) Phone Book

Data:
User can specify 50 sets of phone book via web
interface. Please input index, Name, E.164 number, IP Address,
port of the destination device, drop prefix, and insert number.
1. name: Specify name for one pbook data
2. e.164: set phone number of callee.
- Delete
Data:
User can delete any configured phone book data by
index.
