Exclusion of Damages (Americas only)
Liability for any defective product is limited to repair or replacement
of the product at manufacturer’s option. Manufacturer shall not
be liable for damage to other products caused by any defects
in Marantz products, damages based on inconvenience or loss
of use of the product, or any other damages, whether incidental,
consequential, or otherwise.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions
may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other
rights which may vary from State to State.
