C hec k there i s ample clean, fr esh fuel in the ta nk.
Engine w ill not start
C hec k the cutter bl ade is not fouling the ground preventing free rotation.
C heck the Operators Presence Control (OPC) lever is fully released.
Engine w ill not stop
Remove spark plug lead to stop engine using insulated gl oves and refer to dealer.
Stop the engine and disconnect the spar k plug lead using heat resistan t gloves.
C hec k blade attach ment bolt is tight. Fa ilure to cut gr as s properly
C hec k condition of bl ad e. If s eriously worn or dama ged repl ace with a new one.
Stop the engine and disconnect the spar k plug lead using heat resistan t gloves.
C hec k and make s ure there is no build up o f gras s inside the ca sing.
C heck to ensure the engine is r unning a t the correc t speed, (a pproximately 3000rpm).
Raise the height of cut to increase airflow.
Do not cut more than one third off the length of the grass at any one time.
Fa ilure to collect grass properly
Machine vibrates e xc essi ve ly
This will c ertainly indicate that the blade has become badly da mag ed. St op the e ngine, disconnect the
spark plug lead and examine the blade asse mbly. Refer to your local dealer.
