Turn Off power before
replacing contact tip.

Contact Tip
Cut off welding wire at contact tip.
Remove nozzle.
Remove contact tip and install new
contact tip. Reinstall nozzle.

Unicable Repair
To repair or replace unicable, order Unicable Clamp Kit, part number 172 017. Kit includes all required instructions,
clamps, inner support tube, compression clip, switch leads, and connectors.
