No default temperature
Only the inner part of the upper heating
element is used for a smaller area of
intense heat from above. This function
is excellent for broilng or searing small
quantities.
Use this function for:
– chops,
– small or thin pieces of meat,
– browning small dishes.
The recommended position is the 5
th
runner from the bottom.
