Safety
Do not operate the mixer continuously for more than 6
minutes (with beaters) or 2 minutes (with dough hooks).
After using for these lengths of time, allow to cool down for
10 minutes before using again.
Operation
Refer to the information on pages 4 & 5. It is recommended
to start mixing at a low speed, then change to a higher
speed as required.
