INTRODUCTION
To get the best out of your new
apparatus, please read this user
guide carefully before using it for the
first time. We also recommend that
you keep the instructions for future
reference, so that you can remind
yourself of the functions of your
apparatus.

SAFETY MEASURES
Normal use of the apparatus

may cause personal injury and
damage.

• Use for its intended purpose

only. The manufacturer is not
responsible for any injury or
damage resulting from incorrect
use or handling (see also

only.

• This symbol

means that the

apparatus cannot be used in
the bath tub or near water, wash
basins, bowls or the like.

• Never try to retrieve the apparatus

if it falls into water. First remove
the plug from the socket.

• We recommend use of this

apparatus only if the installation
is protected by an HFI-/HPFI
relay. Please contact a qualified
electrician if in doubt.

• Never try to open the apparatus

yourself and never force objects
into it.

• Never leave unattended when in

use, and children may only use the
apparatus under the supervision of
an adult.

outdoor or commercial use.

• Do not block the air intake at the

rear of the apparatus when in

the apparatus will overheat. If this
happens, the overheat cut-out will
automatically shut off power to the
apparatus. Switch off and remove
the plug from the wall socket.

• Do not leave on clothes, bedding,

• Caution! The nozzles can get very

hot. They must not come into
contact with the skin, as this can
cause burns.

• Do not use in the vicinity of

combustible or explosive liquids or
gases; e.g. in the vicinity of oxygen
cylinders.

• In order to avoid burns, you should

avoid blowing hot air directly into
the eyes or on very sensitive skin.

Cord, plug and mains socket
• Check regularly that neither cord

nor plug is damaged and do not
use if they are, or if the apparatus
has been dropped or damaged in
any other way.

• If the apparatus or plug is

damaged, it must be inspected
and if necessary, repaired by
an authorised repair engineer,
otherwise there is a risk of electric
shock. Never try to repair the
apparatus yourself.

• Remove the plug from the socket

after use and before cleaning.

• Avoid pulling the cord when

removing the plug from the socket.
Instead, hold the plug.

• The cord must not be wound

around the apparatus. Use the
