Additional Note: Conventional E-Box TM and E-Studio TM
fires require a minimum flue size of 5".
E-Box™ & E-Studio™ Fires
Installation of E-Box™ & E-Studio™ Balanced Flue
If your chimney has a shallow ‘starter block’ then use spacer kit 8315
and a 3" (75mm) deep rebate surround to achieve the C1 dimension.
Pre cast flues with a deep 'starter block' may be installed in exactly the
same way as a conventional masonry opening providing there is a depth
of 8
1/ 2 " (215mm) at C1.
