F Boot Up Floppy Seek
MDuring POST, BIOS w ill determine the floppy disk drive installed is 40 or 80 tracks. 360 K ty pe is 40
tracks 720 K, 1.2 M and 1.44 M are all 80 tracks.
8 Enabled BIOS searches for floppy disk driv e to determine it is 40 or 80 tracks. Note
that BIOS can not tell from 720 K, 1.2 M or 1.44 M driv e ty pe as they are
all 80tracks.
8 Disabled BIOS w ill not search for the ty pe of floppy disk driv e by track number. Note
that there w ill not be any warning message if the driv e installed is 360 K.

8 System The system can not boot and can not access to Setup page will be denied
if the correct passw ord is not entered at the prompt.
8 Setup The sy stem w ill boot, but access to Setup w ill be denied if the correct

M This feature allows you to select the first initation of the monitor display from which card, when
you install an AGP VGA card and a PCI VGA card on board.
