Always drain all water from the unit, cap the inlet and outlet ports, and drain and disconnect all plumbing lines, if temperatures should
fall below freezing (0°C / 32°F).
The VPS1140 system is designed to reduce normally occurring non-pathogenic microorganisms. This system is not intended for the
disinfection of contaminated water.
