Trouble Shooting
Should the unit not function, please check the following table to find out the
possible problem. If you still can not solve the problem, please contact the
Grundig Warranty line.
a. DVD player

Wrong connection or loose

System mute.
Check and correct all
connections;
Cancel mute.
Disc playing
abnormally
Disc dirty or scratched
Clean or change the disc.
Disc not playing
Disc placed upside down
Turn the disc the correct
side up.
Remote control
not working
Obstacles between remote
control and the sensor on the
unit;
Battery has no power;
Too far from the TV.
Clear away obstacles;
Change battery;
Operate at a closer
distance.
Does not work
External interference with the
CPU.
Pull out the plug and insert
again.
