OPERATION

To switch off slow start press
slow start button (2). Deactivating slow start comes
in handy when thick doughs that will not splatter are being mixed.
Speed setting
•
There are 6 speed settings available. The speed can be adjusted anytime by pressing
the / buttons
(5, 6):
