MOWER BELT REPLACEMENT (927064)
Remove (Figure 24)
1. Remove mower deck (see Remove and
Install Mower Deck on page 13).
2. Remove two belt covers.
3. Remove idler spring.
4. Remove front bracket and clutch
bracket.
5. Remove mower belt.
Install (Figure 24)
1. Install mower belt on right pulley, idler,
clutch, and left pulley.
2. Install clutch bracket and front bracket.
3. Install idler spring.
4. Install two belt covers.
5. Install mower deck (see Remove and
Install Mower Deck on page 13).
Short Term Storage
IMPORTANT: NEVER clean unit with high-
pressure water or store unit outdoors.
Remove all dirt, grease, leaves, etc. Store in
a clean dry area.
Inspect unit for signs of wear or damage.
Ensure all fasteners are properly tightened.
Long Term Storage
Follow all instructions under Short Term
Storage.
Remove and fully charge battery. Store in a
clean dry area.
Drain fuel from fuel tank.
Refer to Engine Manual for the proper engine
storage procedures.
Touch up all scratched or chipped paint
surfaces.
