Key Guide
Color Keys
MORE
(red) Expands a word search.
SAY
(green) Says certain words.
NOTE
(yellow) Displays footnotes.
LIST
(blue) Displays Bookmark list.
Function Keys
BACK
Backs up (e.g., erases letters).
CAP
Shifts . ’ to type an
apostrophe.
CARD
Exits the book you’re reading.
CLEAR
Clears your request.
ENTER
Selects a menu item, enters
a word search, or starts the
highlight in text.
HELP
Displays help messages.
MENU
Displays the main menus.
ON/OFF
Turns BOOKMAN on or off.
SPACE
Types a space or pages down.
? ✻
At a verse, displays book,
chapter, and verse number.
. ’ Types a colon.
Direction Keys
Move in the indicated direction.
Pages up or down.
Star Key Combinations*

CARD
Sends a word between books.
✩ + Goes to the next or prev-
or ious chapter or search match.
✩ + Goes to the start or end of a
or menu chapter, or help.
✩ + M Adds a bookmark to a verse.
✩ + Q... Shifts the top row of letters
