FILL and an alarm sounds.
Press Exit/Cool Filter to shut
off alarm.
COOL appears in right display.
Computer displays LOW and fryer
heats to setpoint. Fryer displays DROP when
oil/shortening temperature is at
setpoint and ready to cook.
