• Face the front of the vehicle.
• Insert the two tabs at the top of the grille into the slots in
the front of the vehicle body.
• Press firmly to snap the tabs into the slots.
• Fit the two side tabs on the grille into the grille
openings in the front of the vehicle body.
• Press firmly at the bottom of the grille to snap the two
tabs at the bottom of the grille into the vehicle body.

Please Note: If you have already charged your
Power Wheels ® battery for at least 18 hours, you may want
to install it in the battery compartment before assembling
the hood. Please refer to the Battery Installation section on
page 15 for instructions.
• Fit the peg on one side of the hood into one of the hood
openings near the base of the windshield area.
• Gently bend the hood to insert the peg on the other side
of the hood into the opening on the other side of the
vehicle body.
• Lower the hood.
