• Fit the cowling assembly into the front end of the frame.
Hint: Squeeze the cowling assembly slightly (on each
side) to fit it inside the frame.
• Insert two #8 x 3 /
4
" screws into the front holes in the
cowling. Tighten the screws.

• Turn the frame on its side.
• Insert four #8 x 3 /
4
" screws into the holes in the bottom
of the frame and into the cowling assembly. Tighten
the screws.

• Turn the frame upright.
• Position the steering tube so that the curve faces the
front end of the frame.
• Fit the ends of of the steering tube into the holes in the
frame on either side of the cowling.
