Administration Tools
These functions require Administrator’s
rights.
The MA server Administrator has all the
capabilities of the User plus a set of four
server administration tools:
User Admin 36
Metadata Management 38
Performance 40
Burn Settings 41
Unarchived Content 46
Default Login
The MA server is shipped with a default login to permit the Administrator initial access.
Username : Administrator
Password : admin
Username and Password are case sensitive.
Hardware Key Required Before MA Applications Can Function
Before the MA applications can work, it is necessary to install a hardware key, dongle, in one of the
USB ports of the MA server, see
MA Dongle on page 53.
Once the MA server is installed, secure the server by changing its Username and Password.
