type an asterisk. To type an asterisk, press
MATCH or
✽ . There are more matches here
because an asterisk can be one letter or sev-
eral letters.
1. Type a word with
✽ ’s.
2. Press ENTER.
3. Press to view more matches.
4. Press CLEAR when done.

Tips for Finding Words
• Use ?’s to find lists of words (e.g., to view
four-letter words beginning with a z, enter
Z???).
• Use both ?’s and ✽ ’s in a word (e.g.,
Z ✽ K?). There is no need to type a ? next
to a ✽ .
