What shall I do when the other party cannot hear me when I call him/her with
Freecom Internet Phone?
Please go to Freecom Internet Phone Control Panel and ensure Audio In is set with Free-
com Internet Phone under Sound Device for Skype in Sound Devices tab. Then move the
slide bar for Audio In towards High and ensure the Mute box is not checked.
No sound can be delivered through external speakers after I plug in Freecom
Internet Phone to the computer.
Please open Freecom Internet Phone Control Panel, select Sound Devices tab. Under Win-
dows Default Sound Device, set your computer sound card as Audio Out and click OK
