When pulling our from the charger, the blue light flash quickly,
the adaptor can not be turned off; only after minute, the blue
light flash slowly, the adaptor can be turned off.
Battery low
When the battery capacity is low, the indicator light flashes red
light when turn on; while no indicator light when turn off.
