IZCAMP VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
INEX TECHNOLOGIES’ ALPR IZCamp Access Control and Vehicle Management Software enables
campground owners to use vehicle license plates as reservation identification and to oprate
gates automatically as well as to automatically check-out guests who left the grounds at the set
time. Unlimited Number of Access Lists (Vendors, Employees, Visitors’ Guests, etc.)
IZCamp can operate as a stand-alone lacense plate-based
access control and visitor management system or as an
adjunct to the reservation software.
IZCamp On-the-Cloud
Vehicle Access Control System enables campground op-
erators to automate access to the facility by using license
plates as the visitor’s identification, to manage visitors’
guests as well as to recieve alarms on watch list vehicles.
When integrated with reservation software, the solution
would enable visitors to schedule and pay for campground
access online, and enter and exit campground facilities dur-
ing their reserved time without any interaction with camp-
ground personnel. To do so, at the time of booking, visitors
enter their vehicle’s (and trailer’s) license plate number into
the reservation system. Then the system passes reservation
information to INEX’s Cloud-based
IZCamp Access System,
which communicates with ALPR cameras installed at the
camp’s entrances and exits. As the vehicle approaches an
entry gate, the license plate is instantly recognized by the
IZCamp ALPR camera. If the reservation for this license
plate is valid, the ALPR camera sends a signal to open the
gate. If the plate is not on the list of vehicles with ac-
tive reservations the gate will not open and the system will
send notification message to the management. Moreover,
if ALPR cameras are also installed at the exits, the system
can automatically check out visitors at the end of their stay
when they leave the premises and notify facility operators
of the vehicles that have overstayed their allotted time. The
IZCamp also allows operators to grant access rights to the
Visitor’s guests during specified time-frame and to recive
alerts on guests that did not leave on time. In addition, the
system allows users to create unlimited number of access
lists (vendors, employees, ect.) and to assign time/date en-
trance rules.
The IZCamp ALPR system creates an efficient, accurate,
and reliable solution, enabling management to reduce
employee-visitor interaction and operate campground en-
trances/exits without the need for round-the-clock staff-
ing.
